When you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or place a trade or catering enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company (if relevant) and the content of your message. When you buy from our online shop, we also process delivery address and order history; card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

To reply to your enquiry, fulfil orders, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and meet our legal obligations (for example, keeping trade records). We rely on legitimate interests, contract and consent as appropriate. We do not sell your data to third parties.
